These terms govern your use of Mattresses Reviews, run by its operator, referred to below as “we”. They apply to everyone who uses the site, whether reading or submitting content. By using Mattresses Reviews you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Mattresses Reviews publishes reviews that are backed by evidence of purchase submitted by the reviewer. Nothing on the site is for sale: no advertising, no affiliate links, no business accounts.

We do not sell, ship or support the products reviewed, and a review is its author's opinion, not ours.

Content you submit

You keep the rights to what you submit. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, translate, reformat, display and distribute it on Mattresses Reviews and on our sister sites, in any medium and format, including through search engines, for as long as it is published and afterwards for our records.

You confirm that you have the right to submit it, including any photo, logo or document, and you are responsible for its accuracy and legality. Do not submit:

  • content that is misleading, fraudulent or discriminatory
  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy
  • personal data of other people without their consent
  • malware, spam, or bulk submissions
  • anything unlawful where you are or where we are

A review is published under the display name you choose at your first review. Evidence of purchase is used to verify the review and is never published.

You can revise a review at any time. Every published revision stays visible as dated history. We may remove a review that fails verification or breaks these terms.

Every review on Mattresses Reviews is backed by evidence of purchase that the reviewer submitted: a forwarded order email, a forwarded receipt, or an uploaded image of one. We check it and give the review a badge that says what we could confirm about the purchase at the time of writing. A review without accepted evidence is not published.

Everything submitted is reviewed before it is published and may be reviewed again later.

We may decline or remove a submission at any time without giving a reason, and we are under no obligation to publish anything. If you think a decision was wrong, write to us through the contact form.

Signing in works through a link sent to your email address; your browser then holds a session cookie. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your inbox secure. We send no marketing email.

Content submitted by others and the sites we link to belong to third parties. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, offers or practices. Check anything that matters to you before relying on it; the Disclaimer says more.

While using Mattresses Reviews you agree not to:

  • crawl or scrape at a rate that affects the service, or republish its content as a dataset
  • submit content by script or in bulk, or through someone else's email address or account
  • work around our limits, checks or review
  • use contact details found here for anything other than their stated purpose

The site's own text, design, grades and code are ours. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Anything beyond that needs our permission, which you can ask for through the contact form.

Mattresses Reviews is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or shut down any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of Mattresses Reviews, from content submitted by others, or from a site we link to. That includes lost earnings, a missed deal, a failed application and lost data. Liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury stays as the law provides.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
